The classic American Werewolf comes to Showflicks!  Northern England First, Italy later.  That was the plan David Kessler (David Naughton) talked his frined Jack Goodman (Griffin Dunne) into following when they took off to Europe. 

But walking along a lonely road through teh desolate English moors at night, cold, tired and eager for the comfort and warmth of the next pub, it no longer sems such a good idea.  At first, the two American college boys talk good-naturedly; as the rain begins to fall, they walk on in silence.

The next sound they hear is an unearthly howl from the moors....David wakes up three weeks later in a London Hospital, Jack is dead, torn to pieces...and that is not the worst thing that happens to either of them that week...
